We are in S. FL. It can take 3 to 14 days for a ground package to travel to you once shipped based on where it is coming from. Some products will ship to you from warehouses in other states.

Due to fragility and costly shipping, we cannot accept returns. If anything arrives damaged, it is insured by the carrier and will be replaced by us promptly, or refunded if no longer available.

We usually monitor our email from 10:00 A.M. eastern time, to 10:00 P.M. You'll usually be answered in 8 working hours or less. We are closed evenings, weekends and holidays

WATCH FOR THE ANSWER. If you don't get it, check your spam filter or deleted items.

Email is not 100% guaranteed to be received. Always try again if you don't get a prompt reply.

We guarantee to sell only new, first quality merchandise, direct from its source. Our products are sold for decoration only. The fact that they are useful is purely coincidental. We do not guarantee sizes, capacities, or colors. They are only approximate. If you have a specific need please  email usThese details are not printed on the boxes because the products are considered ornaments by the manufacturer, not food vessels.

Make sure to give us a deliverable address or you will need to pay 2-way postage to own nothing. If you're in the midst of changing addresses, don't order until you can safely receive and inspect your order.

Never return anything. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping and
a 30% restocking fee. If something arrives damaged, save the package. You'll need to show it to the carrier. If you can't or don't want to do that, please don't buy it.
If you send us a damaged product you will get nothing.

If you get an item that is not correct as we described it and as you ordered it, just click here to email us . Don't freak out. We'll take care of it at our expense. (Tell us the name you ordered with, what you ordered, and what you got). We'll correct it and pay postage involved ASAP.

"Sales Tax" to states outside FL is NOT sales tax. It is a postage surcharge. Pay Pal has no means of adjusting postage by weight, size, and distance. See our actual postage chart at the end of this page.

Delivery time.We try to ship within 5 days, and packages can travel 3-9 more days depending on distance.  Some of our items ship separately from warehouses in other states.  NO company or shipper can truthfully "guarantee" delivery on any day of the year. They can only "try" to accommodate your wish.
We cannot unconditionally guarantee a delivery. We will do our best to get to get it to you in time. But if extraneous elements delay a truck, it won't reach you in time

Murphy's law has not been repealed yet.  Sometimes, a product that is in stock when you order
is sold out when we get up to filling your order. You will have the option to switch or take a full refund. If you know you can't tolerate an unforeseen issue, you should not shop by mail.

We ship in-stock items within 72 hours. Anything sold out is usually back on our
shelves in about 12 days.

17 days is NOT a suggested delivery date. It is a red flag. We cannot vouch for the delivery speed to YOU from S. FL.
No tracking data is available until the package is in transit. You should have most orders within 10-21 business days, depending on your distance from S. FL.

confirmation, Don't lose your cool over it. Just click here to email us.
We don't know if you don't get something until you tell us.


Remember Murphy's law... Though it is rare, don't overlook a potential for loss, or breakage
or getting a wrong product, (or your package being delivered to someone who is on an extended vacation). Allow plenty of time needed for replacement of lost or broken ceramics and aquariums. Don't blame other people if you didn't allow time.

To guarantee that you'll be happy: Never hurry to buy incorrectly.
Please don't buy if you are uncertain. Make sure it is the right size and color for your needs, and that it will arrive in time for your purpose. Colors vary by computer monitor as well as by the materials. No two colors are truly identical. Coordinate colors, like a flower garden. Don't try to make exact matches and you'll be happy. Email us and ask if you have any concern. Wait for the answer. Never hurry to buy incorrectly.

All our products aside from cutlery are made for decor, not function. Sizes and capacities are strictly approximate and not stated on boxed products and not guaranteed accurate.
If you need large (approx. gallon-size) individual canisters, consider using our Cookie
Jars and bread boxes.

We advise you to make sure you want what you're ordering. Email us BEFORE you buy if anything is a serious concern. Precise Color Match to our pictures cannot be guaranteed.
Computer monitors vary in tone and brightness.

Why no phone number?
When you call, we may not be at our records to help you. We may be receiving trucks and unloading shipments.

When you email us, we will have your file at hand to answer you correctly. We are answering many emails
many hours a day and into the wee hours of the night.

You do not need a "Pay Pal Account" to buy safely online using our Add to Cart buttons.
Pay Pal transfers checks and credit cards securely online, and forwards orders safely to us.

It is faster and safer to buy online. Pay Pal and your credit card company
provide buyer protection and a full record of your order . (Mailing a payment does not).

NEVER ask Pay Pal about merchandise. They are a bank. They
know NOTHING about merchandise and shipping. They have repeatedly
offered wrong answers and have gotten people upset needlessly.

SALES TAX (outside of FL), is NOT "sales tax."

It is for extra postage.
If we did not do this, we would need to hold up every order west of the Mississippi and
north of MD while we request extra postage.

We try to charge accurately, but Pay Pal can't be programmed
to charge by weight and distance. (Such packages are typically
running 8 to 20 lbs).

Make sure to give us a street address,
(not PO box), whenever possible. If your package needs to ship
by UPS, they won't deliver to P.O. boxes. It will be delayed until we get
a deliverable address.
