"Sales Tax" to states outside FL is NOT sales tax. It is a postage surcharge.
Pay Pal has no means of adjusting postage by weight, size, and distance.

For that reason along with fragility and the high cost of shipping we do not
permit returns.
The benefit to you of our "no returns" policy is that We do not sell YOU fragile items that weakened by being bounced twice through the postal system, then a third time to you.
You would be responsible for round-trip postage, nearly the cost of your item, to own nothing. If you have any specific concerns ALWAYS email us first. Please don't buy until you hear from us satisfactorily.

Use our email links to email us to help assure that we get your message. Use our links to avoid incorrect typing. People who complain that we don't answer email, often NEVER sent it (correctly). We never got it!
Your "subject" line can cause your email to us to be deleted by our spam filter.
A good subject line is: "Order not received, or "order is damaged,"
or "order is incorrect."
Delivery time. NO company or shipper can truthfully "guarantee"
delivery on any day of the year. (Watch the weather and accident reports) on TV. They can only "try" to accommodate your wish. You need to allow for unforeseen
catastrophes and disasters. If you can't cope with it, you should not shop by mail.
Trouble only finds those who refuse to cope with it. You already know that.
We ship in-stock items within 72 hours. Anything sold out is usually back on our
shelves in about 12 days.
17 days is NOT a suggested delivery date. It is a red flag. If you don't get your order in 17 business days from receiving our "J. Mark confirmation," something may have gone wrong. OR NOTHING MAY BE WRONG! IT MAY ONLY TAKE 3 DAYS to get something. Don't lose your cool over it. This is the real world.

You are shopping by mail. Hundreds of miles and people come between you and your order. Though it is rare, don't overlook a potential for loss, or breakage
or getting a wrong product, (or your package being delivered to someone who is on an extended vacation). Allow plenty of time needed for replacement of lost or broken ceramics and aquariums. Don't blame other people if you didn't allow time.
DAMAGE? Out of over 300 feedbacks in our eBay store
zero arrived broken. If anything arrives damaged, you will need to fill out a claim form online and take the entire package to your post office (with your receipt and our shipping receipt that we email you). They usually reimburse you on the spot.

Please don't buy if you are uncertain. Make sure it is the right size and color for your needs, and it will arrive in time for your purpose. Colors vary by computer monitor as well as the materials products are made of. No two colors are truly identical. Coordinate colors, like a flower garden. Don't try to make exact matches and you'll be happy. Email us and ask if you have any concern. Wait for the answer. Never hurry to buy incorrectly.
We cannot vouch for the delivery speed from S. FL to you.
Our labeling system emails you a tracking number automatically when
your label is made. No tracking data is available from USPS until the package reaches a destination. You should have most parcel post orders within 10-21 business days, depending on your distance from S. FL..

Our merchandise is predominantly "ornamental." It doesn't have to fit like
clothing does. You should not need to return it.
Never return anything that arrives broken. It is insured. Email us.
Save the package. You'll need to show it to the carrier. If you can't or don't
want to do that, don't buy it.
Our policy benefits you. We guarantee that we buy and ship only first quality merchandise
from its source. (not third parties, affiliates, auctions, yard sales, bankruptcies, etc.)
Due to fragility and costly shipping, we do not accept returns.
The benefit is that we do not sell YOU fragile items that were weakened
by being bounced twice through the postal system. You do not pay costly round-trip
shipping fees to own nothing.
We advise you to never return anything. If you do, you'll be
responsible for round-trip postage and our 30% restocking fee
(to own nothing)(?)
We package according to interstate commerce and postal regulations. We insure
breakables, and you'll need to cooperate by putting your name and address on a
claim form, possibly taking the package to your post office if they delivered it.
If you get an item that is not correct as you ordered it,

Precise Color Match to our pictures cannot be guaranteed. Computer monitors
vary in tone and brightness. You can email us your picture of a color you're concerned

Out of thousands of packages shipped, we have close to zero breakage claims
in a year. (Problems are rare, but common sense should alert anyone there is a
possibility of loss or breakage in mail order. If it will cause you excessive duress,

Why no phone number?
When you call, we may not be at the email to help you.
We may be receiving trucks and unloading shipments.
When you Email us, we will have your file at hand to answer you
correctly. We are answering emails many hours a day and into
the wee hours of the night.
We receive 90,000 certified visitors a month. The amount of phone
calls vs. our limited product line and price range would be too
excessive to afford to conduct our business.
You do not need a "Pay Pal Account"
to buy safely online using our Add to Cart buttons. Pay Pal transfers checks and
credit cards securely online, and forwards orders safely to us.
It is faster and safer to buy online. Pay Pal and your credit card company
provide buyer protection. (Mailing a payment does not).
NEVER ask Pay Pal about merchandise. They are a bank. They
know NOTHING about merchandise and shipping. They have repeatedly
offered wrong answers and have gotten people upset needlessly.

We try to charge accurate postage and handling.
We even refund excess postage at shipping time when we catch it.
Pay Pal cannot be programmed to charge by weight and distance.
It charges postage by price of item. It cannot always charge correctly
on bulky or heavy items.
On Multiple Ceramics or Aquariums, You may receive a Pay pal invoice for
slight extra postage when we weigh your package. We cannot ship until that
is paid. If you find the extra amount objectionable, we will understand and
politely issue a prompt full refund.
SALES TAX (outside of FL), is NOT "sales tax."
It is for extra postage. If we did not do this, we would need to
hold up every order west of the Mississippi and north of MD while we
request extra postage.
(We did so originally, and people never read their email, came back
much later raving about not receiving their order.
We tried giving a cart button to add postage. NO ONE complied).
If you order several heavy ceramics, or aquariums,
you may get an emailed Pay Pal bill for some extra postage.
We try to charge accurately, but Pay Pal can't be programmed
to charge by weight and distance. (Such packages are typically
running 8 to 20 lbs).
Make sure to give us a street address,
(not PO box), whenever possible. If your package needs to ship
by UPS, they won't deliver to P.O. boxes. It will be delayed until we get
a deliverable address.

Please check your email periodically in case we request extra postage. Pay Pal cannot be programmed to charge you correctly by weight and distance.
Rada knife postage is sometimes charged too high by Pay Pal
due to it's lighter weight. We cheerfully, promptly adjust errors
(if we catch it, or you question it).

We ship the fastest way based on the
postage you've paid, and we include insurance

About delivery time
We know some things you've ordered have reached you in 3 days. But they can't ALWAYS. Delivery can have a host of reasons for delays.
We sell hundreds of products. We ship as quickly as feasible. Just like your supermarket, or any store, Things can't all be in stock at all times. Sometimes suppliers are awaiting their shipments.
IF YOU ORDER WHEN something just sold out, or on Fri. or holidays, we may not be able to ship for 4 to 10 days.
Most of our packages are heavy and bulky and must travel by parcel post or UPS ground and can travel for 3 to 14 days. Delivery can be interfered with by holidays, or natural disasters somewhere between FL and you, or general carrier delivery delays.
It is "OUR DESIRE" (not the law) to get our customers their order before 21 days (not counting weekends and holidays). It is not a "guarantee" or a "suggested" date.
Failure of a "shipped package" to reach you does not entitle you to a refund if the package is in transit.
The postal service requires you to "mail" us a signed, dated notice if an item we shipped isn't received (after 21 days from our mailing date).
USA Federal Mail Order Shipping Laws:
We are required to ship orders in 30 days, or notify you in 30 days if an item still can't be shipped. We must give you the option of a refund at that time if an item still can't be shipped.
