this web site. If you're cutting out the core of an apple, you'll love the smallness of the R102 paring knife. If you're
cutting muffins, you'll like how the R136 bread knife prevents smaller soft cakes from crumbling. No bagel knife can out
perform or beat the strength of the R118.
We like the R101 paring knife for cutting the core out of peppers. But we like slicing them into rings with the R104
utility-steak knife. means a successful finish in every endeavor.

Most are ready to order. a few more sets will be added soon.
SHARPENING
How to sharpen Rada Cutlery. Honing is supposed to reset the molecules, not "grind" the blade. Repeated "grinding" ruins
the temper on any blade, causing the knife to go dull too frequently.

To Sharpen
Simply stand your blade between
the two wheels.
Glide knife toward you, lightly skimming the wheels a few strokes. R119 -Rada Knife SHARPENER $4.67

Tarnished Handles?
Tarnish happens from putting aluminum handles in a dishwasher or not drying them immediately after washing.
Our own quick, inexpensive remedy...
You can use a "medium-coarse" paint sander pad on them, (sold hanging on pegs in paint
departments of Wal-Mart or Home Depot.) They look like pot scrubbers, but pot scrubbers are
not coarse enough.
Follow the grain around the handle, not side-to-side. You'll need to wash them with a sponge
and Palmolive liquid, rinse, dry, and repeat if necessary. You'll have your Rada Cutlery looking brand new in
minutes and they'll stay that way, so long as you towel dry them after washing and don't put them in the dishwasher.

CARE of Rada Cutlery
You need only soak any stainless steel blades in warm water, and mild (Palmolive) liquid as necessary up to ten minutes.
Rinse, and DRY thoroughly, immediately.
Hand washing is recommended on all stainless steel. Dishwasher detergent (or handles that are not promptly dried) will cause
the shiny handles to dull or spot.
