Due to hygiene and low wholesale margins, No refunds or exchanges (except for our error reported and within 5 days of receiving).
We expect you to have a retail outlet to dispose of the product
you buy from us, which is expected to be sound and saleable. Color should be of no conequence or consideration. Colors vary by computer settings. We will not accept returns based on color. We are not selling decor or matching of colors. We are selling products with style numbers.
Assorted (Asst.) means a mix of 2 or more colors to a style. We try to assort evenly. Products may not be evenly balanced based on our remaining inventory when your order arrives.
If 2/3 are one kind and 1/3 another, they are deemed "assorted."
We expect to receive an e-mail from you at once if you do not have your package within 17 business days. If packages are returned to us marked "unclaimed or undeliverable as addressed," they will be disposed of without further correspondence or compensation to you (unless caused by our error).
Unauthorized returns will be refused. If you need to meet a deadline, e-mail us prior to ordering to see if it's feasible. We cannot help you once your order is in transit. We cannot guarantee to meet a deadline. We can only try to accommodate you.

Orders under $100 take longer. They're too small to be shipped to you direct from our warehouse. The warehouse sends them all over to our office as a batch with other samples and pieces. When they get here, we mail them to you.
