SALES TAX This
charge outside FL, is not sales tax. You will see a sales tax fee which is really our only way to make the Pay Pal machine charge extra postage to ship west of the Mississippi.

Ceramics Postage We try to charge accurate postage.
Pay Pal cannot be programmed to charge you correctly on Multiple
ceramic items due to their size weight, and distance. If you were not charged correctly you will get our Pay Pal e-mail to add postage when your package is ready to ship. Please check your e-mail every day.

If you don't have your order in 17 business days,

e-mail us immediately, (so we can ascertain if something went wrong, this is not to be construed as a delivery guarantee. We ship hundreds of packages efficiently as possible every week.  No one can "guarantee" timely delivery. If we are out of stock, or hundreds of orders are ahead of yours for the same item, your order may not ship for 7 days.

If you need to meet a deadline, you need to e-mail us before you order. We need to
know the date, zip code,  what product and how many.

Whenever you contact us, please, tell us  in detail about your order (Such as you ordered grape ceramic burner covers, not just burner covers.), what name & e-mail address ordered by Pay Pal, what date, what was the mailing address.

We are selling and shipping to 100's of people a week. Some have a similar name or address to yours. Every time you e-mail us,  you need to tell us if you've switched email addresses or shipped to a name other than yours.
You need to be specific so we can help you correctly and promptly.

Watch your e-mail periodically until your order arrives, in the event of a problem.

Important facts about CHRISTMAS  Orders
We wish to provide you and yours a thrilling holiday season... Please read below to avoid disappointment.

We know you "want it for Christmas." Please do not ask "if you'll get it for Christmas." .

We're heavily stocked thru Dec.5th.

After Dec. 5th we may not be able to get it to you in time for Dec.23. Heavy packages need to travel slower by parcel post or UPS ground. Orders pile up faster than we can pack and ship, and the shippers get  backed up and can't always deliver to you in good time.

Make sure your receipt is correct. If you don't get a Pay Pal receipt, it means we did not get your order. Call them toll free at 1-888-221-1161.
Don't ask about merchandise, they only process credit cards. They have repeatedly given out wrong answers.


Mark your calendar.  Please try to order by Nov.25. Do not order after Dec 5th for Dec. 24th delivery.  . If you don't have your order by Dec.18th, e-mail us on Dec.18th before 2:00 PM Eastern time, so we may still help you.

If you inquire, Fully describe the item(s), not just knives, or burner covers (what kind, what pattern on them)  who ordered by Pay Pal, and that e-mail address,  the ship to address if different.
(Not Pay Pal's ID #).

Orders received Dec. 6 to Jan. 10, we cannot guarantee availability.
They may be shipped as late as Jan 10th. (If you don't have it Jan. 18
, inquire on Jan. 18, but not sooner. ) Watch your e-mail until you have your order, in case we need to contact you.
