"Title page" is an un-numbered/invisible page #1.
Your next page whether a dedication, contents, or
blank, is page #2, etc. Put numbers at center bottom
within print area limit starting at page 3.
Extra pages
sold in sets of 4 for 40c per book.
Pages are made in 4-page "signatures," so they
are sold as sets of 4, whether blank or typed on.
